This yoga bundle contains 6 mid-level yoga classes offering a balanced variety focusing on different body parts, chakras, pose lessons, and philosophical musings (these are different videos from Yoga Bundle 1). The bundle also includes one Yoga + HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Fusion Class. These start and end with yoga, but also guide students through interval training to increase cardiovascular health and build strength. Hand weights will be helpful for the Fusion class.
